Dr. Joe Furr founded this practice with his wife, Alex, to return to what matters most in your relationship with your doctor: access, time, and trust. We offer virtual visits and home visits, same or next-day appointments, and direct communication with your doctor, all for one affordable monthly fee.

What is direct primary care?
Direct primary care prioritizes the patient-physician relationship by removing insurance and all the barriers of traditional healthcare practices. Members pay a flat monthly membership fee to partner directly with their doctor, receiving enhanced services and better access to care. There are no hidden costs or copays, and patients often save money on low-cost labs, medications, and imaging by paying out of pocket. Direct primary care does not replace health insurance, but we do accept patients regardless of insurance status.

Direct Access & Virtual Care: Call, text, or video chat directly with your doctor—even after hours.
Transparent Pricing: One monthly fee covers your care—no surprise bills or hidden costs.

Unlimited extended in-office visits
Unlimited virtual visits
Same- or next-day appointments
24/7 direct physician access
Preventive care and chronic disease management
Routine in-office procedures
Discounted pricing on labs, imaging, and medications
Enrollment Fee: $125
HOME VISIT ADD-ON ($50/month)
Includes:
Up to 4 home visits per year
Primary service area: within 10 miles of the clinic
Additional distance pricing:
10–15 miles: +$40 per visit
15–25 miles: +$75 per visit
Over 25 miles: case-by-case
